Hot Food Merchandiser Case is completely made of stainless steel with a full glass top. Slewing, curved front glass, mirror-coated sliding doors. Humidified air circulation system. Temperature controlled by thermostat. Optimized illumination by separately switchable halogen lamps.
Thermostatic control of circulating air temperature, with controlled humidification. Top and bottom heat. Swivelling panorama pane made of special glass and halogen lighting ensures optimum food presentation. Sliding doors mirrored on the inside effectively double the presentation area and, thus, the products.
The hot counter enables stocking for peak times – for maximum sales in the shortest possible time.
