Taylor to be Acquired by Middleby Corporation

Valued Customers and Partners,

It was announced on May 18th that the Taylor Company has been conditionally sold by United Technologies to The Middleby Corporation. Middleby owns many manufacturer brands in the foodservice space. They are excited to add Taylor’s unique line of world-class cooking, dessert and beverage equipment to their offering.

Both Taylor and DSL are excited to be part of a larger foodservice organization which lives within our industry, understands your needs, and is focused on offering solutions that enable food service organizations to succeed. Additionally, we’re optimistic that the change in ownership will bring with it fresh ideas and innovations to the Taylor line of products.

DSL will continue to support you in all the same capacities we have in the past, including equipment and parts sales, installations, warranty, preventative maintenance, reactive service, training, troubleshooting, and other value-added offerings.

On behalf of all of us at DSL, thank you for your business. If you wish to learn more about the acquisition, you can visit middleby.com

Thank you,

Taylor to be Acquired by Middleby Corporation 1
