The Taylor 104 Batch Dessert Freezer is a versatile countertop unit perfect for creating low or medium overrun ice cream, gelato, sorbet, and Italian ice products. This machine allows operators to serve products at low temperatures based on mix formulation and desired overrun.

The Taylor 104 features an automatic timer control that ensures the quality of the finished product by recipe, and a buzzer alerts the operator when the product is ready to be ejected. Additionally, fruits, candies, and nuts can be easily folded into the product as it is being drawn into the container, enhancing flavour and texture.

Taylor FR260 Batch Ice Cream Machine

The Taylor FR260 Batch Ice Cream Machine is designed to meet professional requirements for producing high-quality “Italian Ice” and slush. It also offers semi-automatic and “creative” cycles, allowing operators to customize consistency and agitation settings.

The FR260 is equipped with a stainless steel freezing cylinder and beater, which includes mobile and removable scrapers for easy sanitization. The machine’s tap allows for direct filling of containers, and its adjustable shelf with a nonslip pad accommodates various container sizes. The electronic IES (patent) consistency control system ensures precise operation under different working conditions, and the high-speed extraction with an “extra chill” option guarantees the best product consistency.
