“Before installing the Franke system we were using a Keurig which was convenient, but the coffee it produced was mediocre at best and the environmental footprint was terrible.
Franke has made me a hero to my coffee-addicted staff. The quality of the coffee beverages it produces is exemplary and it’s super convenient to use on a day to day basis. We experimented with many different beans and the most popular one was one of the least expensive. So considering the consumables are only coffee and milk, it ends up being a very cost effective choice.
The only downside is the cleaning regimen, which is greater than with other coffee systems. We rotate cleaning duties among the staff so no one feels overburdened. Plus the machine guides you through the process so you can’t make a mistake, and it’s kind of fun.
All in all, one of the best purchases I’ve made!”
