Part of the newer, more modern Crown Series from Taylor, the C712 can create two delicious flavour variations of soft serve, serving them separately or as an equal combination of both in a twist. The machine is able to produce almost any kind of soft serve, from low or non-fat ice cream to yogurt, custard and sorbet. Separate hopper refrigeration (SHR) maintains mix below 5 degrees celcius during Auto and Standby modes
