A lower-power variant of the 794, the Taylor 791 soft serve ice cream machine can create two different delicious flavour variations of soft serve, serving them separately or an equal combination of both in a twist. It can work with almost any type of soft serve product, from low or non-fat ice cream to yogurt, custards and sorbet. And as always, it’s built using the high quality Taylor manufacturing process, ensuring it is constructed to the highest standards and that you get the best and longest lasting equipment on the market.

  • Freezing cylinders are 0.5L larger than those on the Taylor 339, and the mix hoppers are 5.7L smaller than those on the 339.
  • Only requires one electrical connection
  • Meant for medium to high capacity production
  • Water cooled or air cooled. Air cooled requires 3″ of clearance on all sides

  • Two 13.2L Mix Hoppers where mix is stored before being made into product.. Separate hopper refrigeration (SHR) maintains mix below degrees Celcius during Auto and Standby modes
