The Velocity Revolution
Since Henny Penny invented the first pressure fryer in 1957, they’ve remained at the leading edge of frying technology and continued to set industry standards in quality and efficiency.
The newest result of this continual development is the Velocity Series of fryers, combining high-volume frying capacity with unparalled oil efficiency. The Velocity Series can cook up to 8 heads of chicken in the same amount of oil used by the competition’s 6-head fryers, resulting in a 25% reduction in oil for each head and a reduction in the requisite heating costs. Not only is less oil used, but it also lasts up to 4x longer thanks to features such as automatic filtration and oil to-off.
Less Oil that Lasts Longer
The Automatic Top-Off and Automatic Filtration Features also ensure that food quality is higher than in any other fryer. Automatic Top-Off replenishes the frypot whenever necessary, to ensure consistent food quality and also eliminate the risk of hot oil splashing during a manual refill. Automatic Filtration operates after each cook cycle while the operator loads or unloads the food and uses jets of oil to create a cleaning vortex at the bottom of the frypot. This vortex traps food particles and feeds the oil through a filter to rid it of the particles. Automatic filtration effectively extends the useful life of your frying oil while simultaneously reducing the amount of maintenance you have to perform.
Next Generation Controls:
Velocity Series include the ability to program and store up to 160 different products, as well as reporting features and USB support capabilities.
With superior ergonomics due to the lift-and-lock system, the Velocity Series results in low operator effort.
Easy to use oil filter and drain pan, which require no touching of the hot connectors or oil.
