Service Technician (x6)
We are currently looking for full time service technicians for the Lower Main Land BC, Interior BC, Edmonton, Calgary, Grande Prairie and Winnipeg service territories.
The person applying must have a valid Refrigeration Technician Journeyman ticket or be a registered 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice or Journeyman, and should have a good understanding of electricity and refrigeration.

This position has you working indoors out of the elements all year; you are not required to climb ladders and there are very few [or no] extended out of town jobs.
A valid driver’s license and some on-call work is required.

Service Coordinator
We currently require a full time Service Coordinators responsible for managing regional service schedules, dispatching technicians to service calls and equipment to installations, using GPS, and supporting and executing projects and upgrades.
This position will be responsible for the on-call schedule in each area and prioritizing, scheduling and dispatching Preventative Maintenances. He/she will play a key role in effective communication with CSR’s and technicians. This position requires a significant degree of problem solving and organization ability.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgmentand discretion
* Above average computer skills

* Possess excellent problem solving & job planning skills
* Organized and able to effectively manage time with minimal supervision.
* Ability to assume responsibility and meet deadlines
* Able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Completion of High School plus a minimum of two years related coordination experience.
